Roles & Permissions

Every team member has a role that controls what they can do. There are three roles in TrioSens, each with a different level of access.

Owner

Full control over the team. Owners can manage members, change roles, update team settings, and handle billing. Every team must have at least one Owner.

Member

Can create and edit reports, prompts, and personas. Members can also invite new people to the team. They can’t access team settings or billing.

Viewer

Read-only access. Viewers can see reports and data but can’t create, edit, or invite anyone. This is ideal for stakeholders who need visibility without the ability to change anything.

Only Owners can change roles. To update someone’s role:

  1. Go to Team Settings

    Open your team settings and navigate to the members list.

  2. Find the member

    Locate the team member whose role you want to change.

  3. Update their role

    Select the new role from the dropdown. The change takes effect immediately.

Owners can remove any team member. Members can remove themselves from a team. To remove someone, find them in the Team Settings members list and click the remove option.
