Inviting Members
Share your AI visibility insights with your team by inviting them to your workspace. Team members can view reports, create their own, and collaborate on brand monitoring — depending on the role you assign them.
How to invite a member
Section titled “How to invite a member”-
Go to Team Settings
Open your team settings from the sidebar.

Click Invite Member
Look for the Invite Member button in the members section.

Enter their email address
Type the email address of the person you want to invite.

Send the invitation
The invitation is sent immediately. They’ll get access to your team when they accept — either by signing up for a new account or logging in to an existing one.
You need an active subscription plan to invite members. If your plan has expired, you’ll be prompted to subscribe before you can send invitations.
Your plan may have a limit on how many members your team can have. Check Managing Your Plan to see how many seats your current plan supports.
