Your First Report
Reports are how you measure AI visibility. A report runs your prompts across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other platforms — then shows you which brands appear in the responses, what’s being said about them, and how they compare.
You’ll need an active plan to run reports. If you haven’t chosen a plan yet, head to Managing Your Plan.
Create your first report
Section titled “Create your first report”-
Start a new report
From your dashboard, click Create Report to open the report creation wizard.

Name your report
Give it something descriptive so you can find it later — for example, “Q2 Competitor Check” or “Brand Awareness Baseline.”

Choose your report type
You’ll pick between two types:
Ask a single question across all platforms. Each platform answers once. This is the simplest option that is great for quick competitive checks and straightforward questions.
TrioSens simulates a multi-turn conversation where AI agents with a persona ask follow-up questions the way a real user would. This reveals whether AI recommends your brand organically during a conversation, not just when directly prompted.

Select your AI sources
Check which AI platforms you want to query — ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and others.

Add your prompts
Write the questions you want to test. Think about what your potential customers would actually ask an AI — for example, “What’s the best project management tool for small teams?” rather than “Tell me about [your brand].”

Preview and run
Review your report setup, then click Run. Reports typically complete in under a minute.

View your results
Once your report finishes, you’ll see results organized across several tabs — Visibility, Platforms, Sentiment, Citations, and more. We’ll cover each of these in detail in Reading Your Results.
Start with a Single Prompt report to get familiar with the interface. You can try conversational reports once you’re comfortable with how results are displayed.
Think about what your potential customers would ask an AI assistant. Those natural, decision-oriented questions are the prompts that produce the most useful results.
