Creating a Team
Everything in TrioSens lives inside a team — your reports, brands, prompts, and personas are all shared across your team members. Whether you’re working solo or with a group, your team is your workspace.
What is a team?
Section titled “What is a team?”A team is the organizational unit in TrioSens. All your data belongs to a team, not to you as an individual. When you create a report or add a brand, it’s visible to everyone on that team.
You can be a member of multiple teams — for example, one for each client if you’re an agency, or separate teams for different departments.

Section titled “Creating a team”-
Your first team
Your first team is created during the onboarding process when you sign up. You give it a name and it becomes your default workspace.

Creating additional teams
To create more teams, use the team switcher in the sidebar. Click it to see your existing teams and the option to create a new one.
-
Name your team
Choose a name that helps you identify the workspace — your company name, a client name, or a department like “Marketing.”
Switching between teams
Section titled “Switching between teams”Use the team switcher in the sidebar to move between your teams. Each team has its own reports, brands, prompts, members, and subscription plan — switching teams changes your entire context.
Agencies often create one team per client to keep data completely separate. Internal teams might use a single team for the whole marketing department. Choose whatever structure keeps your data organized.
Each team needs its own subscription plan. Creating a new team doesn’t carry over your existing subscription — you’ll need to set up a plan for the new team separately.
